You are invited on a journey of conscious breathing with Mōpua Cann and your star being reflections as we breathe our way into a new and ancient way of being. These one-hour sessions provide a consistent invitation to reset our nervous systems to their natural state of being; these are simple moments linked by each breath, free of any pressure and filled with possibilities.
Through conscious breath, we each hold the power to adjust the matrix that underlies our 3D experience here on earth. With each conscious breath, we can take the reins of this ride of life in harmony with these precious earth recreational vehicles (aka bodies) we are blessed to embody and show up for ourselves and each other and the earth and all the animals, plants and all the elements in new ways, literally creating a new earth together, an earth of healing through love, an earth of freedom from force, an earth of heaven out of hell.
When we let go of control and allow our breath to guide us, even for just one hour, from within springs forth the "inspiration" and the blue prints for this new earth where the things we only dreamed possible become real and our deepest hearts' desires become our reality.

Come as you are with whatever you are feeling, and together let us make the magic from whence a brighter future is born.
